Our LED screen factory spans 12,000 square meters and is equipped with state-of-the-art production technology. From the latest automatic soldering machines to advanced testing systems, our factory ensures precision at every stage of the production process. Advanced Production Line
Linstar’s LED screen production line uses advanced technology to deliver high-quality, efficient displays.
(1) Component Assembly: The initial stage where essential components are prepared and placed on the PCB.
(2) Soldering & Testing: The components are soldered in place, and the module is tested for functionality.
(3) LED Placement & Final Soldering: LEDs are mounted, followed by a second round of soldering to ensure they are firmly attached.
(4) Protection & Final Assembly: Outdoor modules receive extra protection like waterproof coatings, while both indoor and outdoor modules are fully assembled.
(5) Final Testing: Final quality control is performed to confirm the module’s performance and durability.
Quality Assurance and Precision at Every Step
At Linstar, the production of every LED module is carried out with utmost precision. Every step, from attaching labels to the final assembly of the modules, is meticulously planned and executed to ensure that the products meet the highest quality standards. The use of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as reflow soldering, three-proof coating for outdoor modules, and comprehensive testing at each stage, guarantees that our LED modules are durable, reliable, and ready to perform in various environments.

Testing Area
Linstar LED screen factory has a 1,000+ square meter testing area, capable of testing 250,000 panels a month. Each panel undergoes three installation tests and over 72 hours of testing, with customer-selected programs displayed. Before delivery, products are tested for LED light source, connection stability, and performance.
Equipped with advanced automated testing systems and environmental simulation equipment, we simulate real usage scenarios to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards and deliver flawless performance in any environment.
Process of Aging Test
At Linstar, the Aging Test is carried out following a strict set of procedures to ensure that each LED display undergoes a comprehensive evaluation before it is shipped to customers.
(1) Automatic Control Switches: During the test, automatic control switches are used to precisely manage the power supply to the display. This simulates prolonged electrical load variations, ensuring the display’s stability under different voltage and current conditions.
(2) Temperature Testing Equipment: High-precision temperature testing equipment is used to create extreme environmental conditions, simulating high and low temperatures to test the display’s performance in fluctuating climates. This ensures the display remains stable and functional regardless of external temperature changes.
(3) Current and Voltage Testing Equipment: Specialized equipment monitors the current and voltage in real-time during the test. This helps ensure that the LED display operates smoothly within safe voltage and current ranges, preventing issues like overloading or short-circuiting.
Throughout the process, Linstar’s expert technicians continuously monitor test data to ensure every test is performed to the highest standards.
